Solo travelers beware

First off, the room was clean and the AC worked like a charm. The sheets smelled fresh which isn't usually the case in cheaper places. I also had a nice little talk with the guy at the front desk, he was genuinely helpful.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything was good at this affordable hotel. Appreciated our rooms with a bath tub. The location of the property was marvellous, close to premium outlet. Plus, it was adjacent to the center and the tourist places and grocery store.

The room was nice and clean. I appreciated the quick and friendly service during the check-in process. The takeaway breakfast sandwiches were a convenient and tasty option. I did notice cleanliness issues in another room, with ants in the shower and insects around the bed, which raised concerns about the overall maintenance. The lack of basic amenities like a fridge and TV in some rooms was disappointing.

Pipes need a serious upgrade!!! Stairs after 8pm are a hassle, especially with mobility issues!!! Cleanliness in the bathroom needs attention!!! Room lacking basic amenities like a fridge or a phone!!!

The beautiful double room was super clean and the sheets smelled amazing. Location is a plus. Restaurants and stores are very close by. The room service lady was fantastic-she deserves a raise for her excellent service!

The management was quite unhelpful, and it left me feeling

Very frustrated. Although the service staff were friendly, the overall quality of the room was lacking. I was expecting avery comfy and tidy stay, but the dirty bathroom overshadowed the decent location.

Not what it used to be

The room felt old and kinda worn down. The bathroom situation was rough-no shower doors and not enough pillows. Some staff were okay, but overall, I just didn't feel comfortable here. They did have a nice breakfast spread, though.
